Songmont brings "Eastern Desert Oasis" to Paris Fashion Week

On September 25, Songmont made its debut in Paris, unveiling the "Song of Mont" pop-up exhibition at Paris Fashion Week. This limited-time event brought the traditional Chinese art of shadow puppetry to the heart of the art capital, blending ancient Eastern culture with the modern Parisian landscape.

To mark the occasion, Songmont transformed itself into the host of an Eastern gathering, welcoming guests from around the world to its "Eastern Desert Oasis." Visitors, adorned with Songmont bags, were invited to experience the subtle elegance of Eastern aesthetics flowing through the vibrant streets of Paris.

Inside the exhibition space, Songmont constructed a grotto made entirely of eco-friendly, sustainable plant-based cardboard. This immersive setting featured Buddhist statues, interactive shadow puppetry, and elements inspired by the brand's collection of bags. The design recreated the essence of China’s central plains, blending ancient storytelling with the contemporary Parisian art scene. This fusion of cultures provided travelers from all corners of the globe with a tranquil place to rest, offering a unique sense of harmony and comfort in a foreign land.

Through this thoughtful curation, Songmont not only showcased its commitment to sustainability but also bridged the gap between East and West, leaving a lasting impression on the global fashion community.
