Salomon has teamed up with acclaimed South Korean designer J EONGL I for a striking reinterpretation of the XA PRO 3D silhouette. Rooted in the designer’s signature minimalist style and a reverence for natural evolution, the collaboration explores the passage of time through earthy tones and fossil-inspired details.
Available in two colorways — “Sierra/Henna/French Roast” and “Black/Asphalt” — the shoes blend Salomon’s trail-ready performance with Li’s contemplative design ethos. The tonal contrasts mimic eroded cliffs and ancient textures, symbolizing humanity’s evolving relationship with the natural world.
Function meets form as the XA PRO 3D retains Salomon’s iconic features, including the Quicklace™ system, Sensifit™ technology, and 3D Advanced Chassis, ensuring stability and support across all terrains. This hybrid design enables seamless transitions from outdoor adventures to city streets.
Subtle co-branding on the insole and a debossed upper complete the elevated aesthetic. Priced at USD 160, the J EONGL I x Salomon XA PRO 3D releases July 2 and will be available at HBX and Salomon.
