From October 29–30, 2026, GREENEXT Expo 2026 will return to the Shanghai Exhibition Center as a key professional exhibition within Shanghai International ESG Week, bringing together sustainability innovators and changemakers from China and around the world.
Under the three core themes of Low-Carbon Transformation × Technological Innovation × Business for Good, the Expo will gather pioneering companies, innovative brands, investors, industry experts, and sustainability practitioners to explore new pathways for future business.

GREENEXT Expo Visitor Registration Guide
Complete Your Registration in 6 Simple Steps
1. Select the number of visitor passes
Choose the number of visitor passes you would like to register for.
2. Enter your basic personal information
Complete the required personal information fields.
Fields marked with “*” are required.
3. Complete identity verification
Enter your mobile number or email address and complete the required verification.
4. Select your visiting preferences
Tell us about your areas of interest and visiting preferences.
Fields marked with “*” are required.
5. Review and submit
Check that all information is correct, then submit your registration.
6. Save your digital admission pass
After successful registration, save a screenshot of your digital admission QR code and present it onsite for entry.
💡 Registration Tips
The registration page is available in both Chinese and English. You can switch languages using the language option in the top-right corner of the page.
If you register multiple visitor passes at once, please enter the information for each individual visitor separately.
The same visitor's information cannot be submitted more than once.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there an admission fee?
Visitors who complete pre-registration can enter GREENEXT Expo free of charge.
Please be aware that any request for admission payment through unofficial channels claiming to represent the organizer may be fraudulent. Do not provide payment or personal information through unauthorized sources.
We strongly recommend completing your registration through the official GREENEXT channels in advance to secure your complimentary visitor pass.
GREENEXT Expo will also feature a range of workshops, interactive experiences, and special programs during the event. Some programs may require separate registration or fees. Please follow the GREENEXT Official WeChat Account for the latest schedules and registration information.
2. What should I do after submitting my registration?
Once your registration has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS and email.
Each registered visitor will receive a unique digital admission QR code, which serves as your entry credential.
For a smoother onsite check-in experience, we recommend saving a screenshot of your QR code in advance.
3. How can I retrieve my registration record onsite?
If you need to access your registration information at the venue, simply scan the “Personal Center” QR code provided onsite and log in using the mobile number you used during registration.
You will then be able to view your digital admission pass.
4. Do children need to register?
Families are welcome at GREENEXT Expo.
Children under 14 years old do not need to register separately when accompanied by a registered adult.
The accompanying parent or guardian must complete visitor registration and present their own admission QR code for entry.
5. What if I do not have a Mainland China mobile number?
If you do not have a mobile number beginning with +86, please switch to the English registration page.
The English registration page uses email verification instead of mobile verification, so a Mainland China mobile number is not required.
You can switch between the Chinese and English registration pages using the language option in the top-right corner of the registration page and complete your registration with a valid email address.
6. When does visitor registration close?
Visitor registration will remain open until: October 30, 2026, at 16:30.
Registration for featured workshops, interactive experiences, and other special programs will also open progressively before the event.
Please note that some activities have limited capacity and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Follow the GREENEXT Official WeChat Account for the latest program announcements and registration updates.
7. Can I enter and exit the exhibition venue multiple times with my digital pass?
Yes. Your digital admission pass allows you to enter and exit the exhibition venue multiple times during the exhibition period.
Throughout the two-day event, GREENEXT Expo will feature professional forums, interactive experiences, networking opportunities, and public engagement activities. Visitors are welcome to plan their schedules flexibly and make the most of the full GREENEXT Expo experience.
