Recover™ Launches New Yarn Platform to Scale Recycled Cotton Adoption Across Fashion Supply Chains

Recover™, one of the world’s largest producers of recycled cotton fiber, has launched Recover™ Yarns, a new portfolio of ready-to-use yarn solutions designed to simplify and accelerate the adoption of recycled cotton across the apparel industry. Developed in collaboration with a global network of more than 150 spinning partners, the platform brings together a range of yarn constructions and blends suitable for applications including denim, jersey, fleece, workwear, and woven textiles. By offering pre-developed and scalable yarn options, Recover™ aims to reduce sourcing complexity and help brands more easily integrate recycled materials into existing production processes.

The launch marks a further step in Recover™’s strategy to build a fully integrated circular ecosystem spanning fiber, yarn, fabric, and garments. Backed by traceability systems, lifecycle assessment data, and established supply chain partnerships, Recover™ Yarns is designed to support brands of different sizes and sourcing needs while advancing circularity goals. The company says the platform will help translate sustainability commitments into commercially viable products, enabling wider uptake of recycled cotton as the fashion industry seeks to reduce its reliance on virgin materials.
