LVMH reiterates its commitment to disability inclusion initiatives

On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, LVMH is reiterating its commitment to making excellence a lever for social and professional integration. The Group and its Maisons are fighting the still-too-widespread idea that disability and luxury don’t go together.

It is reported that for 15 years, LVMH has been dedicated to providing employment opportunities for more persons with disabilities and improving their employment environment. Since 2021, Louis Vuitton China has recruited 40 hearing-impaired employees through the "The Angels Program" to work in various retail stores.

On this year's International Day of Disabled Persons, LVMH also launched a brand-new special video called "Looking Beyond Disabilities", which tells the story of hearing-impaired employee Li Wenbing working at Louis Vuitton Beijing Peninsula Store, showcasing LVMH's efforts to promote the employment of persons with disabilities.
