HowBottle launched I Sea You campaign with NOYARD in Hainan

From June 8 to July 21, HowBottle, in partnership with NOYARD, launched the “I Sea You” sustainable interactive exhibition in Hainan. The event, supported by four environmental organizations, offered a comprehensive view of the recycling process of marine waste, such as fishing nets and plastic bottles, through installations, films, materials, and products. It aimed to provide the public with new perspectives on sustainable living by sharing multifaceted stories about ocean conservation.

HowBottle's initiative began in 2021 with research on fishing net recycling in Tanmen Town, Hainan, and has since collaborated with local fishermen to repurpose nets for industrial use. The exhibition showcased the brand's public welfare projects from 2021 to 2024, allowing visitors to witness the transformation of discarded fishing nets into creative designs and to experience immersive beach scenes through VR technology.

In addition, HowBottle introduced the “Relax, Relate, Retry” and special World Oceans Day merchandise. The brand also created “Fishing Gear Upcycling Kits” from leftover materials, encouraging DIY upcycling of marine waste into decorative items. As part of the World Oceans Day celebration, HowBottle reflected on its three-year journey in public welfare, demonstrating its commitment to connecting people with the ocean and continuing to support the project alongside philanthropic organizations to inspire positive societal change.
