FREITAG hosts Rarities Festival to rescue leftovers

FREITAG recently held the Rarities Festival for its flawed items. Less waste, lower price, more to love: FREITAG rarities are products with minor flaws at a special low price. For the first time back in 2021, FREITAG called for its flawed items to find suitable bag owners.

Even though the brand has established a standardized inspection process, it is inevitable that some bags with minor flaws will still be produced. Therefore, FREITAG regularly collects these bags and categorizes them as "RARITIES", marked with the "R" logo and sold at a discounted price. All flawed items can still be used normally and may even look unique with the addition of the "R" logo. However, due to the minor flaws in the bags themselves, temporary paid repair services are only available. From now until January 31, consumers can choose and purchase from the official website freitag.ch and some FREITAG stores.

Whether it's turning flawed bags into wearable bike seat covers or launching the #gonewithfreitag bag-sharing campaign, the brand is exploring new ways to use its products through various means, incorporating sustainable concepts into every aspect of its operations.
