Chanel China's official website recently updated its 5-year warranty terms, providing warranty services for handbags and chain wallets sold since April 2021. Consumers who present their purchase receipts from boutique stores can enjoy a 5-year quality guarantee service from the date of purchase. This service includes the replacement of accessories or necessary repairs under normal use.
CHANEL introduces CHANEL & Moi – Les Ateliers, a dedicated space that embodies the House’s commitment to offering the ultimate care and repair service to safeguard and revive the uniqueness of each CHANEL creation. According to insiders, this is the first time Chanel has publicly disclosed warranty details and duration, previously undisclosed to consumers or even regulatory authorities.
