LVMH & CFDA partner on “VOICES OF IMPACT”

In celebration of Earth Week, luxury conglomerate LVMH and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) have joined forces to launch a groundbreaking video series titled "Voices of Impact." This collaborative effort aims to showcase the voices of leaders in conscious fashion and luxury, shedding light on critical sustainability issues in the industry.

The "Voices of Impact" series is a platform designed to inspire positive action and foster meaningful dialogue surrounding sustainability. Through carefully curated conversations, the series will engage thought leaders from diverse backgrounds, including ESG stewards, brand executives, independent founders, design practitioners, social innovators, and educators.

At the forefront of the initiative is LVMH's commitment to advancing environmental standards within the fashion and luxury sector. Aligned with the Group's LIFE 360 program, the series will address key sustainability topics such as biodiversity, social and environmental innovation, circularity, regeneration, purpose-centered values, design, and climate action.

Hélène Valade, Environment Development Director of LVMH, expressed pride in the partnership with CFDA, emphasizing the importance of environmental performance as a driver of innovation and creativity in the industry. She highlighted LVMH's dedication to supporting initiatives that promote sustainable materials and practices.

Steven Kolb, CEO of the CFDA, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the collaborative nature of the series and its potential to accelerate momentum towards positive planetary futures. He underscored the importance of inspiring transformative change through practical insights and shared mindsets.

The "Voices of Impact" series comprises six digital episodes, each addressing a specific theme related to sustainability in fashion and luxury. From powering just transformation to climate action and fusion energy, the conversations will feature influential figures from renowned brands and institutions.

Scheduled for release on April 23, during Earth Week, the series will be accessible on LVMH and CFDA digital channels. By leveraging their platforms to amplify important conversations on sustainability, LVMH, and CFDA are paving the way for a more responsible and environmentally conscious fashion industry.
