Neiwai joins hands with Woolmark for blockchain traceability

Neiwai and The Woolmark Company have joined forces for the "Traceable Merino Wool Special Collaboration Series", covering long-sleeved cardigans, V-neck undershirts, loose pullovers, knitted jumpsuits and micro wool pants, and other garments suitable for home and outdoor use and various scenarios. The wool fibers used in these collections are sourced from the Merino sheep of TUBBA, Australia, and the delicate wool yarns are woven with layers of texture to give the garments a soft, warm, and comfortable feel.

Each product in the collection has a traceable QR code that allows consumers to scan the QR code on the product and access a small app that contains information about the origin of Merino wool, the processing of the wool, and the design and product story. It's like being in a faraway pasture, visiting the Australian Merino flock, learning the story of how the fiber evolved into a garment, and understanding how the quality of comfort is passed on.

Neiwai is a Chinese lingerie brand launched in 2012 with the aspiration to create lingerie & loungewear that free wearer's bodies and minds. The Chinese underwear brand has become a pioneer of China’s body positivity movement, but the brand is making waves outside of China as well. In 2018 , the online growth rate of NEIWAI products reached 500% worldwide, and sales reached 150 million yuan.
