How do I choose between "Corporate/Institutional Representative" and "Individual Visitor"?
Corporate/Institutional Representative:
Corporate/Institutional Representatives are professionals from businesses, government agencies, public institutions, social organizations, universities, and other related sectors. This category of attendees has access to professional forums and activities open only to industry participants, and can, upon request, receive assistance from the organizers to connect directly with resources for sustainable solutions.
Individual Visitor:
Individual visitors are members of the general public interested in and supportive of sustainable development. As an individual visitor, you're welcome to participate in all public exhibition activities, gaining insights into the latest sustainable trends and practices.
What should I do after submitting my registration?
After completing your registration, the organizer will review your credentials. Within approximately three working days, we will send you a confirmation notice via SMS and email. Please keep an eye out for these messages. Approved attendees will receive an entry QR code, which will serve as their admission credential. To ensure smooth entry, we recommend taking a screenshot of this QR code in advance and saving it on your device.
How to retrieve your registration information at the venue?
If you need to retrieve your registration at the venue, simply click on the “Registered Visitor Login” tab and log in. Your e-ticket will then be displayed for access.
When is the deadline for registration?
The visitor registration channel will remain open until 16:30 on September 27, 2025. Additionally, we will open registration for the exhibition workshops, with limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do visitors need to pay any fees to attend the exhibition?
Visitors who have pre-registered are entitled to free admission to the exhibition. Please note: any request for payment of entrance tickets made in the name of the organizer is a fraudulent impersonation—do not be deceived. We recommend registering as early as possible to secure your free spot.
